Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs vary per product and sometimes we offer free shipping based on the order amount. We will provide you a shipping estimate at checkout.
Please email support@funnywraps.com and we will help you track it down.
In most cases, items will be packaged together. However, depending on what you ordered, we may need to send them in separate packages.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more.
Problems With Your Order
In the rare event that your product or wrapping paper arrives damaged, please reach out and we will make things right. Follow these simple steps.
- Email support@funnywraps.com
- Please include your name, email and order number if you have it.
- Please provide us with images of the damaged product.
In the rare event that your order is not delivered to the right address or goes missing, please reach out to us and we will make things right.
- Check with your neighbors to see if it was left with them. Have a doorbell camera? Check and see if the delivery was attempted.
- Contact us via email. Please include your name, email, phone and order number. Include any info you think might be relevant.
- We will contact the carrier to find out what happened.
- We will email you some options (i.e. Send a reprint or provide you with a refund)
Refunds & Returns
Once your have approved your proof, we cannot make any changes.
Due to the custom nature of our service/product, and fast turnaround times, we do not offer refunds. Once our artists get started on your proof you will not be able to receive a refund.
