Once our artist get started on your order we will not be able to issue a refund. This is due to the custom nature of our services/product. Your custom wrapping paper is designed with care and we will work with you to make sure you love the proof before we send it to print. If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you’re delighted with the final product.

If your wrapping paper show up damaged, please take a photo and send it to support@funnywraps.com, and please include your order number. If you received the wrong wrapping paper design, we will reprint it.

You are responsible for submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our photo guidelines. All examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our artist to create the high quality finish you see on site. We’ll let you know if you upload a photo that doesn’t work.
